Over the past thirty-five years, I have worked with a wide variety of people, leaders and organizations who care about today’s cultural realities. I love coaching and equipping people with cultural intelligence, and awakening them to new possibilities for designing caring and innovative responses to an intercultural world.
I lived internationally with my family for over twenty years in Asia and Europe, and in my speaking draw on a rich store of personal experiences and stories.
My passion is to bring perspective, analysis and insight to help maximize the potential of leaders and organizations to influence our world.
I am married and have three adult children, five grandsons, and one bi-cultural (Cockapoo) dog.
